For the exam paper I have chosen to apply and discuss the organizational theory of Change Management. As we have studied in the previous modules the concept of change management is comprehensive and covers all the collective techniques, steps, and approaches that are required in an organization to help transition and transform its structure in terms of inventory, personnel, technology, goals, values, culture, marketing, and even going to the extent of changing the leaders at the top management level. It’s like reinventing the whole organization in an effort to give it a new lease of life.
